The People Behind Fusion

We've Ruined Pours Too. That's Why We Built Fusion.

Every resin artist remembers their first failed pour — the bubbles that wouldn't torch out, the tacky surface that never fully cured, the yellow tint that showed up weeks later. We've been there. That frustration is exactly why Fusion Resin exists.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first pour.

01 What is the difference between Vitro 2:1 and Flex 3:1 resin?

Our Vitro 2:1 Kit is best for coating, top coat, frames, MDF work, jewellery and small projects — anywhere you need a glossy finish. Our Flex 3:1 Kit is designed for deep casting, flower preservation, deep blocks and large projects.

02 How long does Fusion Resin take to fully cure?

Vitro 2:1 Kit — Touch dry in 12–14 hours, full hard cure in 18–20 hours.
Flex 3:1 Kit — Touch dry in 14–16 hours, full hard cure in 22–24 hours.

Always keep your work in a dust-free area and avoid touching or moving it during the curing process.

03 Do I need a weighing scale to mix resin?

Yes — always mix by weight using a digital kitchen scale for the most accurate results. Incorrect ratios are the most common cause of resin not curing properly. A basic digital scale works perfectly.

04 How do I remove bubbles from resin?

After pouring, lightly pass a heat gun or torch over the surface. Bubbles will disappear almost instantly. Move quickly and do not hold the heat in one spot to avoid burning the resin.

05 Will Fusion Resin turn yellow over time?

Fusion Resin is formulated with a low yellowing & UV resistant formula. Kept away from direct sunlight your artwork will stay crystal clear for years. For outdoor use we recommend adding a UV protective coating on top.

06 Can beginners use Fusion Resin?

Absolutely. Fusion Resin has a longer working time which gives beginners more time to work, fix mistakes and perfect their pour.

07 What surfaces can I use Fusion Resin on?

Fusion Resin works on wood, canvas, MDF, glass, ceramic, metal and most sealed surfaces. Always make sure your surface is clean, dry and dust-free before pouring for the best adhesion and finish.

08 Do you ship across India?

Yes — we ship to all major cities and towns across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

09 Is Fusion Resin food-safe or safe for jewelry?

Fusion Resin is designed for decorative art, coatings, and jewelry-making. It is not certified food-contact safe — we recommend a food-safe topcoat for any surface that will touch food directly.

Best epoxy resin for beginners in India

New to resin art? Start with the Fusion Starter Bundle — small packs of 2:1 coating resin and 3:1 casting resin, so you can try coasters, keychains, frames and small moulds before buying big. Both have long working time, a simple mixing ratio and a bubble-free, self-levelling finish that forgives first-pour mistakes.

Varmala & flower preservation resin

Preserve wedding varmala, bridal bouquets and pooja flowers in crystal-clear blocks with Flex 3:1 casting resin. It cures slowly and stays clear up to 2 inches per layer, so dried flowers stay sharp and colourful. Dry the flowers fully, pour in layers and let each layer set for a glass-like keepsake.

Epoxy coating resin for frames, trays & MDF art

Vitro 2:1 coating resin gives a high-gloss, glass-like top coat on photo frames, name plates, serving trays, MDF cut-outs, clocks and jewellery. It self-levels in 3–4 mm coats, hardens in 18–20 hours and stays non-yellowing, making it the go-to resin for resin art businesses and gifting.

Deep pour casting resin for blocks & large projects

For deep casting, paperweights, chess sets, deep blocks and large wooden projects, choose Flex 3:1 deep pour epoxy. Its low-heat cure avoids cracking and yellowing in thick pours. Use our resin calculator to know exactly how much resin and hardener your mould or table needs.

Non-yellowing resin made for Indian weather

Indian summers, monsoon humidity and winter chill make many resins cloudy, sticky or yellow. Fusion Resin is formulated for Indian conditions — it cures crystal-clear and bubble-free, and its UV-stable formula keeps your artwork from yellowing over time when kept away from direct sunlight.
