Delivery times are estimates starting from the date of shipment, not the order date, and may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number so you can track your package until it reaches you.

Packaging & Handling

As epoxy resin and related chemicals require careful handling during transit, we use secure, leak-proof, and cushioned packaging for every shipment. Please store your products away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or in an unusable condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, factors like weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods (festive seasons, sales) may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

Important Note on Epoxy Resin Products

Epoxy resin and hardener are chemical products. Please handle and store them as per the instructions provided, away from children and pets, in a cool and dry place.
