Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and dispatched.

Free Shipping & Delivery Times

Free shipping is available on all orders across India. There are no additional shipping charges based on order value or weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number so you can track your package until it reaches you.

Packaging & Handling

As epoxy resin and related chemical products require careful handling during transit, we use secure, leak-proof, and cushioned packaging for every shipment.

Please store your products away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or in an unusable condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, factors such as weather, courier delays, remote locations, or high-demand periods (including festive seasons and sales) may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Epoxy resin and hardener are chemical products. Please handle and store them according to the instructions provided. Keep them away from children and pets and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
