Refund policy

At Fusion Resin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we deal in epoxy resin and related chemical products, our return policy is designed to ensure product safety and quality for all our customers. Please read the details below carefully.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your order. Requests made after 7 days of delivery unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, with the original seal intact and not broken.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Please note: Once the seal of an epoxy resin or hardener bottle is broken or the product has been used, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable, as these are chemical products and cannot be resold once opened, for safety and hygiene reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We understand that things can occasionally go wrong during transit. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged or leaking during shipping,
  • Defective or faulty, or
  • Different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer — no need to worry about the seal condition in these cases.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products with a broken or missing seal (unless damaged/defective)
  • Products that have been used, mixed, or applied
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance (if applicable)

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@fusionresin.in or message us on [WhatsApp/contact number] within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and photos/videos of the product (and packaging, if damaged/defective).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with the next steps.
  4. If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or share the return address with you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI, and we may request your bank details.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).

Exchanges

We're happy to offer an exchange for a different size or product if the item is unused, unopened, and the seal is intact, within the 7-day window. Reach out to us and we'll guide you through the process.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may raise a return request after delivery as per the policy above.
